EFT TAPPING PRACTITIONER | MATRIX REIMPRINTING PRACTITIONER
My mission as an EFT Tapping Practitioner & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner…
is to use these mind-body modalities to support hard-working people who want to loosen the grip of imposter syndrome, prevent and recover from burnout and feel more joy in their life.
“Leanne created such a welcoming and supportive space that I always felt at ease, no matter what we were working on. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also incredibly caring, I would thoroughly recommend Leanne.”
—Michelle
Why do I focus on imposter syndrome, self esteem and burnout? Lived experience.
I grew up in rural Victoria, Australia and was one of the first in my family lineage to attend and complete a university degree. At the young age of 23, I realised that I loved working with people and eagerly began pursuing a career in Social Work.
I valued professionalism and continued growth, so I worked hard to learn and advance in my career. Yet despite recognition and validation from my peers, I kept finding myself coming back to the core belief that ‘I’m not good enough.’ So, I pushed myself harder and harder.
The result was exhaustion, constantly wondering what was wrong with me and numerous bouts of burnout. Although talk therapies helped me to validate and reframe my experience, I kept circling back to the same core belief.
When I found EFT things began to change: I started to feel hope that I could move forward.

I came to EFT because of my keen interest in mind-body modalities. I felt that these could support the traditional talk therapies I had both used for myself and with my clients as a generalist counsellor.
My own experience with EFT showed me that it could rapidly reduce stress in my mind and body which then allowed me to think calmly about my problem.
When I was no longer emotionally charged about the issue, I was able to come up with the solutions I needed all on my own–like magical words and thoughts coming out of my mouth!
I was blown away by how EFT worked! It helped me to regulate my nervous system, understand the unhelpful core beliefs that were driving my repetitive thoughts and behaviours, discover self-compassion and think clearly about my way forward.
I decided to pursue certification in EFT so that I could help my clients experience their own powerful shifts with this tool. I am now a Certified Clinical EFT Tapping Practitioner trained by Jules Vandermaat, Social Worker, Advanced Clinical EFT Practitioner and Master Trainer with EFT International.
In 2024, I also travelled to Washington State, USA, for training to become a Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, a technique used within EFT to work on memories that hold deep core beliefs.
The core values of my practice are:
INTEGRITY
HONESTY
SAFETY
GENTLENESS
CONFIDENTIALITY
NON-JUDGEMENT
I’m an EFT Tapping Practitioner and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner that can understand what you’re going through.
Can you relate to my story of imposter syndrome and burnout? Perhaps this is your first time seeking a solution, or maybe you’ve already tried modalities such as talk therapy. Whatever your reason is for being here, know that you are welcome.
EFT Tapping is an evidence-based mind-body technique that helps my clients recover faster, while being more gentle than talk therapy. I work through a trauma-informed lens which keeps your nervous system regulated so you can feel safe to work through and release uncomfortable emotions.
Would you like to be free from the debilitating cycle of low self esteem, imposter syndrome and burnout?
